With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry in India, Kumar has previously worked with Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Before joining Hilton Worldwide, as the Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage Services at The Lalit, Mumbai, Kumar led the Menu Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Resource Planning, Quality and Cost Control processes.
