RezLive.com is keen on work­ing more closely with the travel agents around the globe. Jaal Shah, Founder, RezLive.com, talks about its ex­pan­sion plans.

Tell us about RezLive’s new ini­tia­tives.

Global ex­pan­sion is on the cards for us and we have fo­cused on in­creas­ing both our re­gional and in­ter­na­tional pres­ence this year with our new of­fices in Thai­land, Sri Lanka and Ro­ma­nia. We also have suc­cess­fully launched our Thai­land in­bound prod­uct, ‘RezLive Thai­land.’ This is the first choice of our travel part­ners who want to of­fer the best ex­pe­ri­ences in Thai­land to their clients. The key USPs of this prod­uct are best price guar­an­tee, 24x7 sup­port ser­vices, ex­per­tise oper­a­tions team, round-the-year avail­abil­ity, cus­tomised beach ac­tiv­i­ties and lo­cal mar­ket un­der­stand­ing.

What is your growth strat­egy?

The Mid­dle East and Asian re­gions es­pe­cially In­dia have de­liv­ered an out­stand­ing per­for­mance due to de­mand for this mar­ket for in­bound and out- bound travel. Our aim is to con­tinue to consolidat­e our ex­pan­sion into in­ter­na­tional mar­kets, like Africa and Europe, while main­tain­ing growth in the Mid­dle East and Asia. We will also con­tinue work­ing to give our val­ued part­ners ex­tra or­di­nary sup­port ser­vice and di­ver­si­fied in­ven­tory.

What new projects are you fo­cus­ing on now?

This year we will be look­ing at re­vamp­ing RezLive.com and making our in­ven­tory big­ger than ever by con­tract­ing with other lead­ing ho­tel chains, so that we put

We are purely a B2B com­pany and work hand-in­hand with travel part­ners. They play a vi­tal role in the over­all growth and de­vel­op­ment of the or­gan­i­sa­tion. We also try to be in con­stant touch with them through our sales team and the dif­fer­ent mar­ket­ing ac­tiv­i­ties and net­work­ing ses­sions we con­duct reg­u­larly. We have even started one of its kind Prod­uct Train­ing Ses­sion (cur­rently on a pi­lot stage in Ahmed­abad) in which we in­vite lo­cal travel agents in dif­fer­ent batches/ses­sions and ori­ent them about dif­fer­ent of­fer­ings un­der our Travel De­signer Group Um­brella. We will con­tinue do­ing more such ac­tiv­i­ties to fur­ther ce­ment out strong re­la­tion­ship with them.
