Bridg­ing in­for­ma­tion gap

Trip Tap Toe has re­cently launched B2B op­er­a­tions cater­ing to agents. Ma­nu­raj Singh Jo­har, CEO, Trip Tap Toe, talks about the of­fer­ings of this on­line plat­form.

With a seven year stint in hardcore cor­po­rate B2C travel so­lu­tions, Trip Tap Toe has re­cently opened the doors of its on­line flights and ho­tels book­ing en­gine to its coun­try wide net­work of agents. Ma­nu­raj Singh Jo­har, CEO, Trip Tap Toe, says, “Be­ing in the mar­ket for such a long pe­riod, Trip Tap Toe prom­ises to bring many value added fea­tures for its en­tire agent base.”

For Jo­har, trained ex­ec­u­tives are of ut­most im­por­tance to be able to set apart from com­pe­ti­tion and prides in pro­vid­ing ex­actly that. “Each of our cus­tomer sup­port ex­ec­u­tive has been trained rig- orously to pro­vide one on one ser­vices to our agents,” he says. “Dur­ing the en­tire length of my ex­pe­ri­ence in the travel in­dus­try, I re­alised how, as a sub agent, even I would some­times get lost in search of in­for­ma­tion and well re­searched ad­vice. This is the gap we seek to fill,” he adds.
