A suc­cess­ful stint at WTM 2015

Man­ish Fitkari­wala, Di­rec­tor, Cat­a­pultt Ser­vices en­thuses about their par­tic­i­pa­tion at WTM Lon­don 2015.

Pro­vid­ing end-to-end man­age­ment for ser­vices such as tick­et­ing, ho­tel reser­va­tions, tour pack­ages, train­ing and on­ground man­age­ment dur­ing an event, Cat­a­pultt Se­vices of­fers a va­ri­ety of do­mes­tic and in­ter­na­tional tours.

Cat­a­pultt re­cently par­tic­i­pated in WTM Lon­don 2015 and speak­ing about the ex­pe­ri­ence, Man­ish Fitkari­wala, Di­rec­tor, says, “Our ex­pec­ta­tions were sim­ple from WTM – we have been suc­cess­ful in both busi­ness and brand­ing. We con­ducted some very good meet­ings at WTM with prospec­tive clients and things have al­ready started mov­ing for us.” Fitkari­wala adds that the group ea­gerly looks for­ward to WTM 2016 to fur­ther en­hance their pres­ence and reach into Europe.

When it comes to work ethics, Fitkari­wala be­lieves in adapt­ing to the clients’ way of work­ing. “Cat­a­pultt’s USP is that our way of work­ing is your way of work­ing,” he says. “We don’t ask our clients to work ac­cord­ing to us but we adapt to their work cul­ture, pro­cesses, ser­vice stan­dards etc., to make it ex­tremely con­ve­nient for them to work with us. Of course, as and when re­quired, we do make sug­ges­tions based on our lo­cal ex­per­tise of the desti­na­tion,” he states.
