Pawar has a rich and versatile experience of over eight years in handling major events a few includes Indian Car and Motor cycle 2008-2009, Goa carnival 2010, Polocup for Volkswagen and JK Tyres, India Telly Awards 2012, Nokia music connect Awards 2011 and 2012 etc. She holds a Diploma in BMS (Management studies) and done her International MBA in Marketing from Jaro Education (United Business Institute).
