JaalJ Shah, Group Managing Director, Travel Designer Group and F Founder, RezLive.com, says that 2016 turned out well for the tourism i industry, which is set to achieve greater heights with the support of a all the local tourism bodies and incumbent government. He feels that thet Ministry of Tourism hash been pulling out all the stops to promote Ind India tourism and this has further helped in emp employment and revenue gen generation for this sector. “Few“Fe key steps have beenbee taken to improve connectivitycon and accessibilityacc but there are some areas where we need to improve like providing better travel facilities, faci improving infrastructure, rationalising taxes and pressing upon safetysafe norms. Thus, the government needs to put in place a budget that will hel help promote tourism in the country and ultimately result in better industry

re revenues and employment opportunities,” he says.
