He explains, “We operate in the North East and Kolkata and we’ve observed that the region is not marketed well enough, which is why the number of tourists we receive is much less than the rest of India. Even a place like Darjeeling with its world-renowned tea and Darjeeling Heritage Railway has failed to receive a huge tourist footfall.
