With the ap­point­ment of Ni­jhawan Group as Tourism Rep­re­sen­ta­tive, Bos­nia and Herze­gov­ina tourism is charged up to cater to the In­dia mar­ket with high ex­pec­ta­tions of growth from the coun­try.

The South Euro­pean nation of Bos­nia and Herze­gov­ina has ap­pointed Ni­jhawan Group as its Tourism Rep­re­sen­ta­tive in the In­dian mar­ket to gain - ket. With the new rep­re­sen­ta­tive on board, Bos­nia tourism has high hopes and of­fer­ings for In­dia. H E Sabit Suba­sic, Am­bas­sador of Bos­nia and Herze­gov­ina said, “Af­ter hav­ing Ni­jhawan Group on board as our rep­re­sen­ta­tive for the In­dian mar­ket, we have high hopes in terms of growth from the re­gion be­cause of their dom­i­nant pres­ence do­mes­ti­cally as well as in­ter­na­tion­ally. I see huge po­ten­tial in the In­dian mar­ket as any other coun­try. It’s a chal­lenge to pro­mote Bos­nia in a unique, di­versi In­dia. With the help of Ni­jhawan Group, our work of pro­mot­ing Bos­nia and Herze­gov­ina as a des­ti­na­tion for In­dian trav­ellers will be much eas­ier.”

Ankush Ni­jhawan, Manag­ing Di­rec­tor, Ni­jhawan Group men­tioned, “As the tourism rep­re­sen­ta­tive for Bos­nia, it is my ut­most duty now to get DMC part­ners in Bos­nia to work with In­dian tour op­er­a­tors and fa­cil­i­tate the in­dus­try to work with the right part­ners and ho­tels in Bos­nia.”

Fur­ther talk­ing about the mar­ket­ing and pro­mo­tional plans for Bos­nia Tourism in the In­dia mar­ket, Ni­jhawan said, “Cur­rently, we are ex­hibit­ing at most of the travel busi­ness shows, whether it is Global Panorama Show­case (GPS) or SATTE. In the process, we also meet op­er­a­tors as we move in the coun­try, so I think the word is be­ing spread around through our so­cial me­dia, sales net­work and ev­ery­body who is in­ter­ested in sell­ing Bos­nia as a des­ti­na­tion.”

Bos­nia has a lot to of­fer if we talk about it as a des­ti­na­tion of leisure, for ad­mir­ers of ar­chi­tec­ture, lovers of na­ture, nightlife and so on. Suba­sic said, “We at Bos­nia have every­thing for ev­ery­one to of­fer and cater to the In­dia mar­ket. We are known for our hos­pi­tal­ity across the Balkan re­gion as we have one of the most ex­pen­sive ho­tels to pro­vide the leisure seg­ment with. Over­all, we at Bos­nia and Herze­gov­ina have both space and ca­pac­ity for Indians trav­el­ling to our coun­try.”
