Punish B Sharma, Vice President—Operations, The Fern Hotels & Resorts, believes in being well-groomed wealth because it serves as a catalyst in allowing a motivated individual to work with fervour and goals. For me, hitting the gym is a kind of mindfulness and self-exploration,” he asserts. For Sharma, passion can be anything that simultaneously challenges, intrigues and motivates.
