Prefer­trip is a ho­tel mar­ket­ing and rev­enue man­age­ment or­gan­i­sa­tion that pro­vides ser­vices aimed at in­creas­ing ho­tel sales ( leisure and cor­po­rate) by im­ple­ment­ing best mar­ket­ing, op­er­a­tional and rev­enue man­age­ment strate­gies with an em­pha­sis on cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion to in­de­pen­dent stand- alone ho­tels and branded prop­er­ties. Ser­vices of­fered can be in-form of coupon code or of­fers to buy on­line or later at the ho­tel.” Mar­ket study has proved that guests gen­er­ally pre­fer ho­tels where such in-house ser­vices or perks are avail­able. This is a unique plat­form be­ing of­fered to part­nered ho­tels and Prefer­trip will not charge ho­tels to list these ser­vices. Prefer­trip has a team of hote­liers, mar­ket­ing, op­er­a­tional and F&B ex­perts and they fol­low a mantra based on four Ps: Place, Part­ner­ships, Pro­mo­tion and Prod­uct. This means that they iden­tify hid­den gems in terms of great ho­tels and bou­tique re­sorts and tie up with few ho­tels per cat­e­gory, per lo­ca­tion and in­crease its pres­ence in the mar­ket. They also iden­tify one point of con­tact at the ho­tel and re­view ser­vices and ma­te­ri­als to mark it as a Prefer­trip guar­an­tee. The team cre­ates a mar­ket seg­men­ta­tion to iden­tify the right cus­tomer and strength­ens its on­line pres­ence by cre­at­ing paid ads, blogs and pro­mo­tional con­tent.
