Travs­tarz opens in Bali, Mal­dives

Spread­ing its wings fur­ther, Travs­tarz Global Group has now opened an of­fice in Bali and is set to launch an­other one in Mal­dives soon.

Nag­pal. “We have now en­tered the cruise ver­ti­cal and are work­ing on a lot of other di­vi­sions, too, that are go­ing to be an­nounced soon. We have al­ready an­nounced the open­ing Now, we will soon be mak­ing a for­mal an­nounce­ment of our Mal­dives cen­tre,” he shared.

Sucheta Nag­pal, Di­rec­tor and CEO, Travs­tarz Global Group, shared that all the new trans­porta­tion. “We have also launched a loy­alty pro­gramme for our travel agents who have been work­ing with us for years. It will be an ex­clu­sive pro­gramme for a few agents where they can log in and claim their re­wards. We have an­other por­tal, trip2 is­, open to all our agents as most of them work with hon­ey­moon­ers and look for is­land des­ti­na­tions. In­stead of send­ing us emails and go­ing on ‘click on b2b’ or ‘in.res­b2b’, this year they are go­ing to log in di­rectly to trip2is­, where we have ready pack­ages to be booked right away,” she in­formed.

Hav­ing wit­nessed great sup­port from travel agents for cruises, she claimed that they are look­ing for this to con­tinue for all the cruise brands, right from Sin­ga­porean cruises, Dream Cruises, Star Cruises and even Aus­tralian cruises.

For Nag­pal, 2018 was a phe­nom­e­nal year as the com­pany and its en­tire dy­nam­ics changed when Ctrip came on board. “That was a big boost to us not only in terms of fund­ing but also in terms of tech­nol­ogy and our rep­u­ta­tion in the mar­ket. Af­ter that, we’ve added a lot of des­ti­na­tions along with Star Cruises and Dream Cruises to our port­fo­lio. In the past three years, we’ve grown 100-115 per cent year-on-year each year. This time, af­ter the in­fu­sion of funds, we are ex­pect­ing the growth to be even quar­ters have been great as we have al­ready over-achieved our last year’s turnover by al­most 50 per cent,” he shared.

He also claims that their fo­cus and new des­ti­na­tions. “With our DMC net­work spread­ing wings, we hope to in­crease those num­bers dras­ti­cally. is go­ing to im­prove but the fo­cus will be on cruises.” men­tioned Nag­pal.
