Sachin Shet, General Manager, Alila Diwa Goa relaxes by spending time with his family, listening to music and playing outdoor games. “I am most passionate about is food and adventure sports. I have even completed full marathons. I also enjoy travelling. Most of my holidays are memorable, but my trip to Udaipur and Tuscany were the best so far. That makes Udaipur one of my favourite holiday destinations within India. Outside the country, it has to be Florence in Italy. My favourite cuisines are Goan, Thai and Italian,” he says.

Ranjan Banerjee, General Manager, Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla, is an avid reader and a frequent traveller. “Not many people know that I love playing badminton along with my daughter the best part of my week. Besides, I love travelling to offbeat places and experience nature and cultural heritage closely. I am also very fond Rand as my go-to writer and philosopher,” he mentions. Banerjee recalls fond memories from his trip to New Zealand.

For Mizan Uddin, Hotel Manager, ibis Kolkata Rajarhat, leisure time is mostly a creative time. “I add on to the interiors of my house by creating something new out of waste. On some occasions, I visit institutes to share my take on the hospitality industry. My love for travel has helped me to explore newer local destinations,” he reveals. For Uddin, ‘the road less travelled’ has always caught his attention as he strongly feels the joy of exploring the less beaten tracks is unparalleled.
