Turkish by nationality but has perfect blend of European culture, Recep possesses 20 years of hotel and hospitality experience which consist of almost four years in Dubai and 16 years of overseas. He is an accomplished, result oriented GM with experience in leading the team to a higher performance and productivity. Pamukcu attains an excellent customer relation and is successful in defining strategic goal and company direction. His aim would be to take Grayton Hotel to a new level in terms of revenue & reputation and establish it as a brand that excel in service and hospitality.
