At Food Hall store in Ban­ga­lore spread across 6980 sq ft, , the chal­lenge was make the fresh­ness alive in the minds of the con­sumer while hav­ing a view of the store that gives huge sense of space. Hence the store has been prin­ci­pally de­signed in 3 lev­els start­ing right at the en­trance with LIVE food (fresh­est food) as level 1 po­si­tioned as CORE of the store. This is fol­lowed by level 2 where mer­chan­dize that’s col­or­ful and fresher is planned through medium height fix­tures like bread, spice and F&V. The level 3 at the last touches the walls & hosts most of the FMCG & pre packed prod­ucts mer­chan­dize through wall fix­tures & freez­ers. Con­sumer could ex­pe­ri­ence the en­tire store in bird eye view at the en­trance since dif­fer­ent lev­els are planned at dif­fer­ent heights to NOT only give a sense of space but also vis­ually de­pict the color and fresh­ness of the store through prod­ucts and strate­gi­cally planned VM.

All the fix­tures & VM has a layer of rose gold fin­ish (cop­per) as a sig­na­ture style for this food hall.
