At Food Hall store in Bangalore spread across 6980 sq ft, , the challenge was make the freshness alive in the minds of the consumer while having a view of the store that gives huge sense of space. Hence the store has been principally designed in 3 levels starting right at the entrance with LIVE food (freshest food) as level 1 positioned as CORE of the store. This is followed by level 2 where merchandize that’s colorful and fresher is planned through medium height fixtures like bread, spice and F&V. The level 3 at the last touches the walls & hosts most of the FMCG & pre packed products merchandize through wall fixtures & freezers. Consumer could experience the entire store in bird eye view at the entrance since different levels are planned at different heights to NOT only give a sense of space but also visually depict the color and freshness of the store through products and strategically planned VM.
All the fixtures & VM has a layer of rose gold finish (copper) as a signature style for this food hall.
