Sunil Dutt Joins RIM as India MD

RIM has announced the appointment of Sunil Dutt as managing director for India. Dutt, an industry veteran, was at the helm of companies like Nokia, Samsung, and HP before joining RIM. Dutt was appointed as the country head of Samsung in 2007, and was responsible for spearheading the sales and marketing functions for both GSM and CDMA mobile business in the country. Dutt has worked with organizations like Philips India, Wipro, Whirlpool, Barista, and Nokia.
