Huawei Introduces Outdoor Microwave Broadband Solution

Huawei has unveiled the RTN FO (Fulloutdoor) microwave product, delivering a speed of 2 Gbps. Along with this, the Chinese company has also launched compact case-shaped RTN 905 (only 1U high) and 42 GHZ microwave, which help operators frame an advanced networking microwave backhaul. An FO microwave, unlike the traditional splitmount solution, combines both indoor and outdoor unit into a single one, which can be installed together with antennas and micro base stations. It also provides multiple GE ports for a flexible network scalability and supports co-site deployment with wireless equipment, resulting in reduced operations and maintenance costs.
