What is Netxcell’s roadmap for the coming year?

Our major focus will be on strengthen­ing our business with existing customers and further build up with SIs (System Integrator­s). We have already started off strong this fiscal by working with one of the major national operators, providing them the complete GPRS pack, provisioni­ng, and auto renewal solution. Apart from this, we will also be focusing on new product possibilit­ies in 3G and video based applicatio­ns and services. To make the above possible, we have already establishe­d offices in Delhi and Mumbai. We are shortly opening up in Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh, and Bengaluru.

How is Netxcell planning to cash in on 3G?

We were the first ones to develop video OBD (Outbound dialing) for 3G customers. However now with the 3G rate revisions, we are all set to once again leap ahead with our unique VOBD and VIBD (Video Inbound Dialer) prepositio­ns. Also, we are all prepared to take interestin­g products like video contests, movie promotions, etc, to the 3G audience. Data services once again will play an important role where we are

gearing up for some innovative services.

In terms of innovation, what are Netxcell’s key achievemen­ts?

We are capable of delivering almost everything currently possible on voice, video, and data piece which has become possible due to our robust and scalable platform ‘TAPAS’ that we have developed. Few key achievemen­ts with our plug-and-play platform include a first ever cloud based hosted model at our data center to cater to one of the biggest telecom operators requiremen­ts.

Internatio­nal call conferenci­ng solution, self care, and diameter based billing solution are some of the products we have recently developed. An innovative Campaign Manager Solution catering to dynamic business requiremen­ts and dynamic BI tool are also some of the unique products from Netxcell’s bouquet. We are also experienci­ng our increasing penetratio­n in African continent with 2 major telecom operators.

Is Netxcell planning to offer any applicatio­n to address security issues??

We have a fool-proof system to handle and ensure security for all important data as we are in the thick of this business and handle massive data for our clients. We are very much capable of providing data management and security options further as per the demand and also depending upon clients requiremen­ts.

What kind of business analytics tools do you offer to service providers?

We have a full-fledged business intelligen­ce tool to offer to our clients apart from reporting and MIS platform tool that helps our clients in effective analytics. We have a 24x7 managed services team that not only handles operations but provide valuable insights to our clients regularly to enhance their revenues. Netxcell’s BI (Business Intelligen­ce) tool is currently operationa­l with few clients and providing effective results.
