Born from the ISO 9000 standard, QuEST Forum continually improves and modifies the TL 9000 standard to keep pace with the rapid changes in the industry, to ensure existing companies and new entrants can meet the required level of quality amidst changes in technology. Pe are engaging with emerging segments of the industry, including wireless, cable TV, managed services, utilities and enterprise, to name a few.
