Frank Kern, New CEO of Aricent

A former IBM veteran, Frank Kern joins Aricent Group as the chief executive officer, replacing Sudip Nandy. Sudip Nandy will transit to a new role as the Aricent Group’s chairman of India and will be based in Bengaluru. Nandy will be returning to India to serve in a newly created position as chairman of India. In this role, he will support the Aricent Group’s growing business operations in India. Kern was located in Shanghai, China, and Tokyo, Japan, where he led the Asia Pacific region from 2003 through early 2008.
