So that I can say that I am the plumber and I have done my job and let somebody else do the rest of it, somebody who will monitor the end consumer experience of saying here is what I was set out to do

The challenge is to compress the cost as well as the time and create a network, which will be evolving a multitude of agencies, so that coordination work can be carried out by BBNL that again is a difficult task, but we feel that it is a doable task
