Vanitha Narayanan Takes Over as MD IBM India

Vanitha Narayanan has replaced Shanker Annaswamy as the managing director of IBM India. Shanker Annaswamy will continue to remain in IBM as the senior adviser to the corporation on India enterprise. Both of them will report to Jim Bramante, senior vice-president, IBM growth markets unit. Vanitha Narayanan in her new position will be responsible for IBM’s sales, marketing, services and global delivery operations for the India/ South Asia (ISA) region, including operations in Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
