Celkon unveils WIN 400 in India

Celkon Mobiles has launched its first ever Windows-based phone WIN 400, at Rs 4,979 in India. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, WIN 400 is a dual-sim phone and comes with a 1.2 GHz Quad-core processor and Windows 8.1 OS. The phone has a 5 MP rear camera AF with flash light and 1.3 MP front camera. The handset provides full 3G support with a 4.0” WVGA display and comes with GPS and Bluetooth – 4.0 V along with Wi-Fi 802.11. It is backed by 1500 mAh Lithium Ion battery and an internal memory of 4 GB with 512 MB RAM along with a 32 GB expandable memory. The device can also use the Microsoft Cloud platform, One Drive with free storage of 15 GB.
