With the in­creas­ing adop­tion of smart­phones and pen­e­tra­tion of in­ter­net con­nec­tiv­ity, con­sumers are dig­i­tally em­pow­ered and ex­pect to be served at any time and place of their choice. Keep­ing this in mind, we cre­ated Zerch to cater to this need of find­ing the best deals any­where, any­time and en­sure a su­perla­tive user ex­pe­ri­ence lever­ag­ing the power of tech­nol­ogy to en­hance the in-store shop­ping ex­pe­ri­ence.

The ob­jec­tive is to sim­plify the process of dis­cov­ery and fa­cil­i­ta­tion of deals in the off­line space. One of the ma­jor chal­lenges to this, based on feed­back re­ceived from con­sumers and mer­chants is the amount of ef­fort re­quired on both sides at the point of ser­vice. We are build­ing smart so­lu­tions that can min­i­mize this ef­fort and make the com­plete process has­sle free and seam­less. In ad­di­tion, we are build­ing rig­or­ous, adap­tive al­go­rithms which will help in con­tex­tual match­mak­ing be­tween the right of­fer and consumer.
