Keeping this in mind, we created Zerch to cater to this need of finding the best deals anywhere, anytime and ensure a superlative user experience leveraging the power of technology to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
The objective is to simplify the process of discovery and facilitation of deals in the offline space. One of the major challenges to this, based on feedback received from consumers and merchants is the amount of effort required on both sides at the point of service. We are building smart solutions that can minimize this effort and make the complete process hassle free and seamless. In addition, we are building rigorous, adaptive algorithms which will help in contextual matchmaking between the right offer and consumer.
