PITA POCK­ETS

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS:

6 small sized pita pock­ets

1 cup corn

1 cup cooked minced meat

1 tsp garam masala pow­der

1 tsp jeera pow­der

1/2 tsp am­chur pow­der

2 tbsp oil

2 tsp chopped green man­goes salt to taste

METHOD

Heat the oil and add the corn and stir fry adding salt to taste. Cook for 1 minute and mix in the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents and stir fry for an­other 2-3 min­utes. Re­move and keep aside. Make lit­tle slits on the pita pock­ets on the top to make ‘pock­ets’.

Fill each of the pock­ets with the pre­pared mix­ture and place in a bak­ing plate. Once all the pita pock­ets are ready place on the bak­ing plate and place the plate in a pre heated oven for only 3-4 min­utes to slightly heat the filled pita pock­ets. Serve as a snack.
