A person who works on a general shift duty from 10- 5pm or 8- 4pm becomes monotonous and after reaching home has to scrumb to the needs of children, elder parents, wife etc. One can even pay someone else to do everyday chores to buy some extra time for self. Me time for some exercise, Yoga, stretching, meditation, reading magazines, religious and holy books and praying. Investing in spa treat, manicure, pedicure, head and body massage also provides beneficial me time for ladies. Time spent in commuting can be used by listening to music. One can turn ones life magical by sparing some time for self.so go ahead and create the magic in your life.
