FALL OUT BOY: MAN I A

Asia Dreams - - MUSIC -

Release Date: 19th January, 2018

Fall Out Boy rose to the forefront of emo pop in the mid-2000s with multi-million album sales and tongue-in-cheek videos thanks to the band’s tabloid-grabbing bassist, Pete Wenz and the edgy vocals of frontman Patrick Stump. MAN I A is the band’s seventh album release and builds upon the success of its last album and tour combining its trademark core punkpop sound with elements of electronica, R&B, and hip-hop. The single Hold Me Tight or Don’t is available to download and stream now. After a sabbatical working on solo projects Franz Ferdinand has been back in the studio and will release its fifth studio album in February. The title track Always Ascending is the album’s first single and expands on the disco-pop Franz Ferdinand has long embraced by blending trippy space-rock flourishes with grounded vocal melodies and a vibrant chorus. Easily recognisable yet subtly different Always Ascending sees the debut of two new band members, Dino Bardot and Julian Corrie.
