It featured a specially curated menu of modern Indonesian dishes, the fruit of collaboration between the famed local culinary authority Chef Ragil Imam Wibowo of NUSA Indonesian Gastronomy and the talented and inventive Chef Denny Boy Gunawan, The Westin Jakarta's Executive Sous Chef. 29th July. Honoured guests also enjoyed the exclusive Terang Bulan Gastronomy on 20th July at Wayra rooftop at the breathtaking level 67, pairing five lovely courses with the magnificent full moon.
