Occupying the fourth floor roof level of the newly built Menara BTPN, Atico plies its clientele with wonderfully Spanish cuisine and delectable libations.
Walking through a set of traditional wooden doors, visitors to Atico will feel right at home in the cosy and elegantly eclectic décor of the restaurant. Polished cream marble table tops complement the honey brown teak tables and chairs, while contemporary matte-white hanging lamps and naked bulbs provide warm illumination for diners in the indoor area.
The restaurant's al fresco dining area is popular amongst guests seeking a more casual ambience. Outdoorsy wooden decking, cornflower-blue plush salon sofas and neat rows of lush potted plants give the place a Mediterranean vibe. A private dining area is also available for guests looking for a more intimate space for meetings and private celebrations.
Atico's menu of delightful Spanish gourmet cuisine is masterminded by Chef-owner Andrea Peresthu, a lifelong passionate gourmand who spent 15 years in Europe. The restaurant sources only the best ingredients available globally; seasonal ingredients are air-flown from Japan and Europe regularly.
Dishes in Atico are beautifully decadent affairs. Start off your meal with Jamon Iberico Bellota Reserva – slices of exquisitely dry-cured Iberian ham. Tuck into Atico's signature Fideua (Catalan-style seafood paella with pasta) – a beautiful medley of freshly caught prawns, clams and squid, finished off with unctuous tomato gravy and dollops of house-made aioli, seasoned to perfection with the finest Iranian saffron. End your meal with a gratifying cup of cortado (Spanish macchiato) made from Javanegra's sublime Rainforest Arabica blend.
