Located on the 56th floor of BCA Tower, Skye Bistro and Lounge is an immaculately designed space. Rich cinnamon hardwood panels, stacked limestone walls, swathes of zebra-skin rug wall panels and floor-toceiling expanses of tempered-glass windows lend the airy space a warm and contemporary feel, a signature of its South American inspiration.
Asian-inspired delicacies such as the ever-popular crispy soft shell crab salad grace Skye restaurant's diverse international menu courtesy of acclaimed wunderkind Executive Chef Hamish Lindsay. At the swanky Skye bar area, guests can choose from a variety of delightful concoctions crafted by immaculately dressed mixologists. A selection of cushy rocking chairs and plush couches adorn the bar's indoor seating area. Al fresco seating is also available, where guests can admire the dazzling Jakarta skyline while enjoying unique cocktails.
