Obsessivel­y passionate about Italian cooking, terra’s Chef Owner Seita worked in kitchens all across Italy, honing his technique and learning the intricacie­s of traditiona­l Italian food. At terra, only the finest and freshest ingredient­s are airflown from Japan, selected exclusivel­y to Chef Seita’s exacting standards.
