Inspired by the 19th-century golden age of cocktails, Manhattan is a step back in time and reminiscent of a grand hotel bar, brimming with sophistication, glamour and overstated, but tasteful, elegance.
The food and cocktail menu, crafted by Philip Bischoff and his team, is sub-divided into Manhattan districts like Harlem and Central Park and reflects the extraordinary gastronomic and multicultural makeup of New York to perfection. There’s also a huge selection of premium champagnes, spirits, wine and beers, all delivered with outstanding service.
Manhattan is on the second floor of the Regent Singapore, close to Tanglin Mall, and is surely one of the most stylish bars in Asia.
