Behind the heavy wooden doors, a striking brass-topped bar is the focal point of the intimate first room, where the experience begins with a cocktail. The main dining room evokes memories of the private members-only clubs of the 1900s with dark wooden interiors complemented by lush leather banquettes and carefully curated walls laden with refined oil paintings and equestrian accents sourced from Buenos Aires’ San Telmo antiques market.
Chef Felipe Lopez has created a menu that is versatile with a focus on the expertly butchered meat, including an impressive 30oz T-bone and a 12oz ribeye grilled over a hardwood fire to enhance the natural flavour. Complementing the menu is the exclusively Argentinian wine cellar featuring over 130 different varieties from the native Bonarda to an extensive collection of Malbecs.
