Gohu Ikan Tuna
INGREDIENTS:
• 200g fresh tuna fillet
• 15g ginseng leaves
• 10g pili nuts flakes
• 26g pomelo
• 30g cherry tomatoes
• 3g mint leaves
• 12g sour carambola
• 3g lemon basil leaves
• 30ml coconut oil
• 1g sliced red chillies
• 3g sliced shallots
• 30ml lime juice
• 3g sea salt
• 1g pepper
METHOD:
1. Mix coconut oil, sliced red chillies, sliced shallots, lime juice, sea salt and juice.
2. Heat the mixed oil, but don’t let it boil.
3. Cut cherry tomatoes into four.
4. Thinly slice carambola.
5. Cut tuna into mini cubes
6. Arrange all the ingredients in a bowl, and simmer with warm mixed oil.
7. Mix well and serve.
