Quila is a highly exclusive experience. Seating only 10 and with only one serving, guests must book at least six hours ahead so that Chef Marc can talk to them about any dietary preferences before he creates a personalised gastronomic journey. Serving a 10- course degustation meal, there is no fixed menu and the dishes served on any occasion depend entirely on what has inspired the chef that day.
