The name Quila derives from the word qui, meaning a person who transforms, and Alila, which means surprising­ly different. Executive Chef Marc Lorés Panadés and his team live up to this billing presenting a culinary story on a plate with every course and it's not just the flavours that wow, the presentati­on, quirky plating, sounds and fragrances all add to the sensory stimulatio­n.

Quila is a highly exclusive experience. Seating only 10 and with only one serving, guests must book at least six hours ahead so that Chef Marc can talk to them about any dietary preference­s before he creates a personalis­ed gastronomi­c journey. Serving a 10- course degustatio­n meal, there is no fixed menu and the dishes served on any occasion depend entirely on what has inspired the chef that day.
