Frestro & Bar’s Ex­ec­u­tive Chef Gerry Naing­golan wel­comes sum­mer this year with a brand new Brunch Menu fea­tur­ing var­i­ous tan­ta­liz­ing selec­tions that are meant to nour­ish. The Chef makes this pos­si­ble by steam­ing and roast­ing veg­eta­bles, toast­ing and grind­ing spices and mak­ing use of fresh, hand-cut herbs to en­hance stocks, sauces and dress­ing. A must-try is the brunch sig­na­ture sand­wich, Av­o­cado Cured Sal­mon, care­fully slow­cooked for 24-hours us­ing home­made cured sal­mon and caviar. Another favourite is the Home­made Mush­room Ravi­oli, the Chef’s sig­na­ture pasta made us­ing home­made in­gre­di­ents and the best Mango Cheese­cake made us­ing sweet and fresh lo­cal man­goes that will melt in your mouth. The new Brunch Menu at Frestro & Bar that’s lo­cated on Petitenget Street, Seminyak Bali, will be avail­able ev­ery day from 12 noon un­til 5pm.
