At Cut The Crab, plates and cutlery are things of the past because you don't need any fancy utensils – save for the provided cracking mallet – to eat your way through the gigantic mud crabs from Sulawesi and Papua. Cut The Crab strives to bring only prime Indonesian mud crab specimens delivered live by air cargo, even going as far as sponsoring its own crab fishermen with proper equipment to find and catch crabs that weigh at least one kilogram.
If you so wish, you can have your selected crab cut live in front you and see it cooked with one of the sauces of your choosing: salty, caramel, sweet & sour, lemon twist, sweet or tasty, and either non-spicy, mild or extra spicy.
