Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 31
Launched first in 1945, Rolex’s Datejust has become one of the most recognizable lines in the market. At this year’s Baselworld, Rolex introduced the Oyster Perpetual Datejust 31 with redesigned case sides and lugs as well as the calibre 2236. Available in three models, including one in 18K white gold fitted with a white mother-of-pearl dial; and a diamondset bezel, the new Datejust 31 watches are equipped with President bracelets that not only benefit from a concealed attachment systems, but provides a seamless visual flow between the bracelet and the case. The bracelet also includes ceramic inserts inside the links for flexibility and longevity. As for the calibre 2236, it is fitted with a Syloxi hairspring in silicon, noted for being superior in terms of withstanding changes in temperature, magnetic fields as well as physical shocks.
