PRESIDENT OF LVMH’S WATCH DIVISION, JEAN-CLAUDE BIVER, HAS STEPPED DOWN FROM HIS POSITION AT THE GROUP

president of LVMH’s Watch Division, Jean-Claude Biver, has stepped down from his position at the group. “i am giving up my operational responsibilities, but i’m staying as a non-executive president of LVmH’s watch unit and its three watch brands, taG Heuer, Zenith and Hublot,” he said. “i’ll no longer be cutting the onions and crying in the kitchen early in the morning, i’ll just come later to see if they are ready.” though no official statement has been released by LVmH, it appears that this decision has been spurred by possible health issues. Biver first joined the LVmH group in 2008, when Hublot was acquired by the group. He was then appointed head of the watch business in 2014.
