Powered by the manual-winding Caliber 430 MC in-house movement, this watch comes in two variants: A whitegold version limited to only 200 pieces and a rose gold version. As its name suggests, the Drive de Cartier Extra Flat is extremely thin at only 6.6mm—which is 40-percent slimmer than the original model. Once again, Cartier leaves in indelible mark in the history of watchmaking.
