After debuting in Japan in late 2016, “Yakuza 6: The Song of Life” finally gets an international release. As is customary for the franchise, this new release will feature a heartfelt story that contrasts sharply with the overthe-top action and bizarre mini games. A good example would be the lineup of video games that you play inside the game, including classic arcade hit “Space Harrier” to “Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown.” And that’s to say nothing of the superb voiceacting, fluid controls and more.
