Helmed by Executive Chef Gary Eng, the venue crafts every dish with an attention to detail. For one, the place has its own dry-aging chamber, where they keep their (dry-aged) steaks that have been aged for at least thirty days for a smokier, nuttier and less moist flavor profile. Of course, Altitude Grill is also home to many other dishes, including the Oven Baked Cod with Salted Egg Yolk Hollandais­e that is softly granular in texture and rich and delicately salty on the palate. The restaurant also offers a free-flow desert package. At night, Altitude Grill becomes a marvelous place to sip surprising­ly affordable cocktails while you enjoy the music and gaze upon Jakarta’s magnificen­t skyline.
