A Whiff of Adventure

Following Louis Vuitton’s first collection of women and men’s fragrances, the French house released its first collection of scented candles. The collection comprises four different scents cast in handmade ceramic cases with a hand-sewn leather handle. The scents themselves are crafted, once again, by master perfumer Jacques Cavallier. He envisioned the four like a house with windows open to the world. As such, each fragrance d raws on landscapes discovered while traveling as well as the comfort of one’s home. There’s the floral L’Air du Jardin, completed with n otes of rose; the fresh and ocean inspired Île Blanche, equipped wit h a calming blend of tea notes, orange, jasmine, neroli and cardamo m; the woody Feuilles d’Or, with notes of Indonesian patchouli, Vi rginia cedar, incense, geranium and Peruvian balsam; and finally, the w intery Dehors Il Neige, with notes of anise, cinnamon, incense and ras pberry that’ll remind you of Christmas.
