The 1975

As the name suggests, “A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships” tackles a rather common problem for today’s so-called millennials. In terms of musicality, this third studio album by English pop rock band The 1975 feels incredibly rich. The opening single, “Give Yourself a Try,” sets a rather a somber tone, with lyrics mentioning suicide and drug addiction. Then, there’s “It’s Not Living (If It’s Not With You),” whose chorus simply can’t get any better. Without doubt, this is one of The 1975’s strongest albums.
