Bad Guys Everywhere
Stars James McAvoy, Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson
Director M. Night Shyamalan The appeal of shared universe isn’t going away anytime soon, and come 2019, Shyamalan’s “Glass” joins the story of “Unbreakable” and “Split” for a crossover that will pit the hero and villains of each film against each other. Specifically, it will follow David Dunn (Bruce Willis) as he pursues Kevin Wendell Crumb’s (James McAvoy) superhuman persona known as The Beast. At the same time, Elijah Price aka Mr. Glass (Samuel L. Jackson), Dunn’s nemesis from “Unbreakable,” emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men. Other returning characters will include Casey Cooke (Anya Taylor-Joy), the only one who survived The Beast in “Split” as well as Elijah Price’s mother, Mrs. Price (Charlayne Woodard) and David Dunn’s son, Joseph (Spencer Treat Clark). Finally, if “Unbreakable” and “Split” taught us anything, it’s to expect a big surprise and a twist ending.
