Some of the most popular Cantonese offerings at Shang Palace include the four treasure soup, which is a wonderful fusion of braised sea cucumber, dried fish maw, crab meat and dried scallops served in the chef's signature style, and Lohan cai money bag, which is braised Lohan vegetables stuffed in bean curd skins that resemble traditional money bags.
