Uma Cucina at Uma by COMO, Ubud, the Italian inspired restaurant and lounge bar, is open for lunch and dinner. Enjoy the informal but beautiful outdoor terraces that overlook Uma Ubud's gardens. A large communal dining table in the heart of the space gives the restaurant a more congenial feel. The name, “cucina” means kitchen in Italian, and is meant to emulate the spirit of a family homey kitchen.

The menu is overflowing with fresh, locally sourced produce that mimic the authentic flavors of Italy. Seasonal vegetables, seafood, and slowcooked meats are the chef's most esteemed ingredients, presented in colorful, fun displays, perfect to pass around the table. Other house specialties include handmade pastas, cheeses and sausages, wood-fired pizzas and breads, of course, its Italian after all. Finish up with classic Italian gelatos and granitas. Uma Cucina also puts on a Sunday brunch that is complete with more delicious Italian delicacies and cocktails.
