Katsura is a stylish Japanese restaurant specialising in sukiyaki, shabu- shabu and teppanyaki that has been popular with the Japanese living in Jakarta for years. Taking great pride in the authenticity of its flavours, the dedicated waitstaff and chefs have the skill to cook the ingredients, freshly imported from Japan, right in front of you. Delight in special japanese beef and omakase, among many other tempting treats, and make your choice of teppanyaki cooked on an imported Japanese iron plate, the sweet and savoury one- pot sukiyaki simmered at the table as you eat, or shabu- shabu, a hot pot- style dish cooked in a tasty and nutritional broth. An extensive selection of genuine Shochu and Sake is available for the full Japanese experience, whilst plenty of soft drinks, traditional Japanese tea and fresh juices are also available. There are four VIP rooms, three teppanyaki rooms, a dining hall and a long table to suit the demands of all diners.
