Taipan Kitchen has offerings just perfect for an early start to the day with its dim sum, Taiwanese Lamien in original chilli sauce and light Cantonese meals from 8am to 11pm daily. Taipan Dining, meanwhile, is open for lunch and dinner and offers multiple private areas making it an excellent choice for gatherings, weddings and other private events.

With its extensive range of Cantonese delicacies, including live seafood and barbequed meat, Taipan’s famed chef’s top dishes include foie gras and Peking duck pancake, U.S. beef tenderloin, Baked Fortune Chicken and fried salted egg yolk sesame ball, along with a vast variety of freshly prepared dim sum. Chinese New Year sees set menus and treats such as salmon yusheng and lobster yusheng, for which reservations are essential.
