Located on the lobby level of the RDTX Tower in Mega Kuningan, Up in Smoke is an artisanal barbecue restaurant offering premium smoked and grilled food to its discerning customers. The focus is on combining high- quality ingredients with proper cooking and preparation techniques to give diners an excellent experience at an affordable price. Combining traditional American- style smoking and grilling techniques, the focal point of the restaurant is the grill pit with its custom- made smokers from Texas and custom- made grills.

Dining at Up In Smoke is a social affair and the shared plates allow diners to sample more of the menu, which features delights such as Smoked Chicken served with Alabama White Sauce, a regional barbecue sauce not often seen outside of the US, and Smoked Beef Brisket, slow- smoked US beef brisket that will delight any barbecue enthusiast. From the grill are highlights like the char- grilled broccoli, as well as premium cuts of steak big enough for a large party.
