The Mamak Bali kitchen has the ubiquitous roti canai nailed down and serves it the traditional way with sambal and curry sauces. Other variations, such as egg roti and chicken or lamb murtabak, are equally as delicious, and there’s a choice of sweet roti canai served with ice cream.

The succulent skewers of chicken and beef satay are prepared and cooked the traditional way and served with a sweet and spicy peanut sauce. Mamak also adds a range of authentic curries, noodles and desserts to its menu, including nasi lemak, kari ayam, rojak and ais kacang.
